In the intimate setting of our old "station chalet", our cuisine reflects the spirit of rail travel: dynamic, spontaneous and convivial. Because Montbovon is a railway junction with constant traffic, we have designed a "live cuisine" menu tailored to the flow of hikers, cyclists and families who stop off at our establishment.
